How the Service Works

Cantono Managed Services are tailored specifically for each customer based on their requirements. 

This may be for all or part of your IT needs – for example:

  • base IT infrastructure
  • network (both WAN and LAN)
  • storage overall
  • back-up and restore
  • email management and archiving
  • specific services such as legacy systems

It may also be an outsourcing agreement, to provide a fully hosted IT solution.

In all cases we agree the service level with you; this is monitored throughout the duration of the contract and the performance is regularly reported to you.

If we are asked to manage all your IT needs then you will have an account manager assigned to you to ensure that the total service runs smoothly.

In a typical hosting scenario, Cantono uses common processes and the infrastructure applies for all our customers, e.g. Back-up Systems and Anti-Virus.

 We can provide first-line support for all your users or for your designated support contact person, wherever they may be. We can place full-time support engineers on-site at any office if need be.

Our responsibility is to maintain the operational capability of your systems, within the terms of the Service Level Agreements.
